  1. I’m looking for a movement-based approach to better connect my hips and torso during my driver swing. I tend to become very arm-dominant and am specifically interested in drills involving medicine balls, kettlebells, and hip/core sequencing.

    Can you confirm whether this type of training is part of your approach and whether there’s a coach or assessment you’d recommend?

    I’d be interested in getting started as soon as possible if there’s availability.
